Pretty vague title, but its gets to the point.
This month I challenged you, and myself, to take 30 minutes everyday and reflect on the wins of 2019. I decided, why not make those 30 minutes a quick self-spa treatment. Winter does the most damage to my hair and skin so why not moisturize and visualize!! I put together a Temple Treatment including a simple hair mask of your favorite conditioner, olive oil, avocado, coconut milk, and eggs, a body scrub, aaannndddd a “power” wash.
