Workout of the Month: Legs & Kettlebells

So I am a fully certified personal trainer. Now what?

Well, friends, I need clients. 

This comes with work, trust, and a few freebies! So I am going to start a Monthly Workout and share it here with you. Feel free to add it to your routine or build on it daily. Tag me @TribeCalledLexx on IG and use #TribeTraining to show me how you are doing!

This month I am focusing on strengthening my legs. It’s time to get that definition back in my legs, targeting glutes, hamstrings, quads, and of course some core. After all, it is shorts szn!! As a former athlete, I miss that definition I had. Taking into account I am no longer 16, have a few injuries, and just seem less graceful the older I get, we are gonna attack this goal with a high-intensity workout. 

Start with whatever weight you are comfortable with, kettlebell or dumbbell, and let’s get it!! 3 rounds!
