What is the difference between a Fitness Coach and a Personal Trainer?
A Personal Trainer is usually a science professional who works with clients to achieve performance and physical goals. They design workouts and lead training sessions for clients, making sure the proper form is used and adjusting the plan accordingly.
A Fitness Coach is also a science professional. However, as a fitness coach, I focus on weight management, body sculpting, and encouraging and motivating clients to adopt healthy lifestyle habits. I help clients make healthy food choices and build sustainable exercise routines while also providing advice for stress management and disease management.
What is included in Online Personal Training?
Each program is built to your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle. Most programs will include nutrition guidance, weekly workouts, habit exercises, and scheduled calls or check in with the fitness coach.
Is nutrition included?
Of course it is boo! Macro counting, Calorie deficit, Meal plans, Meal guides….If nutrition is something you need help understanding, we can absolutely talk about including that in your plan.
What are your prices?
Each program is tailored to the individual person, their goals, and lifestyle. Prices will vary person to person. I do sell individual recipes and workouts for those just looking to spice things up a little.
What is the minimum amount of time for a program?
There is no “One Program Fits All”, so this can’t really be said. It is based on an individuals goals. A 3-6 month commitment is suggested to ensure we gain the maximum progress and build sustainable habits. Each journey is different!
How are things tracked?
All you have to do is download the app. All food, habits, and workouts can be tracked in there. You can upload pictures, connect to Apple Watch, Fitbits, and much more.
